atMb 0.8 — online-change-focused synchronous release

This release removes the native worker thread and restores TCP, RTU and server transport progress to the owning PLC call. The C layer retains no IEC pointers and uses fixed storage only.

Import library/atMb-OnlineChange.export into a fresh CODESYS library project. The IEC library version is 0.8.0.0 and the C component is 0.5.0.0. The previous threaded release remains under backup/ for rollback/reference.

FB_reinit closes native contexts before IEC instance memory is replaced, clears request pointers and active-request state, and allows contexts to reopen on subsequent scans.
